Oh hello there. Bet you wondered where I’ve been…. Here we are in the 3rd quarter of 2023 and it’s almost as though 2022 didn’t exist for me … well, at least not online. If you haven’t been on any of my social channels yet, you may not know it, but I disappeared to have baby #4. It was a very rough, somewhat complicated pregnancy that had me on bed rest and watching the world go on from the sidelines.

I think it goes without saying that there were not many DIYs or builds going on around here, with the exception of the little man I grew and now chase around the house.

I’ve done a few room makeovers, and some small things here and there that haven’t required the use of anything more complicated than my trusty old Craftsman drill … but as Brady (yes, he is named after THAT Brady) nears 1 year in a few weeks, I look forward to a little more freedom to put on the tool belt and tackle a few projects I have been dreaming about for approximately 20 months.

That being said, I can’t wait to get started, I’m even more excited to share, and I hope you’re still up to come along for the ride.
